A beautiful and large double bedroom

I am looking for a flatmate for a Mon - Friday arrangement only. Cost £620.

I am only interested in single people - no couples please.

My home is a maisonette spread across two floors. The bedroom you would occupy (16 x 12, three windows) is an all inclusive - double bed, a sofa, wardrobe, desk and chair, bedside cabinet, two spare chairs and bookshelves. You would share my bathroom, kitchen and garden. The bathroom has both a bath and a powerful shower.

Preferably no working from home, as I am often home too (have a home office), but happy to discuss further if required. It is a comfortable, stylish and clean home. I would provide bedding and towels each week and the room would be cleaned weekly. You are welcome to leave basics behind at the weekend in the wardrobe. If you are a smoker then there is a garden for you. I am 52, very sociable and amenable to an occasional supper. I don't often have friends around during the week as I am working so I live quite quietly.

There are two local stations - Nunhead and Peckham Rye. Nunhead goes to Victoria and the other train is all stops to Luton. Peckham Rye has four options - the overground and London Bridge, and the same two trains that travel from Nunhead and go to Victoria and Luton. There are many shops and restaurants within the Peckham, Nunhead and East Dulwich triangle. You are spoilt for choice.
