The double room is at the front of the house with neutral decor and gets the evening sun. The room has a large Ikea wardrobe. I if you require a bed I can supply one.

There is a shared bathroom upstairs plus a downstairs utility room with washing machine, second toilet, basin and mirror to make mornings easier when sharing. The shared spaces are: upstairs bathroom, downstairs lounge, kitchen, utility room, conservatory and garden.

The house is in a fantastic location round the corner from Peckham Rye, 5 minutes to the shops in Nunhead and 5 minutes to the shops, bars and restaurants on Rye Lane. You can buy everything you need and socialise at all the great offerings Peckham has within walking distance. East Dulwich is also very close as are the huge open spaces of Peckham Rye and Nunhead Cemetery for walks, exercise or meeting friends.

This is three bedroom house sharing with one male who lives there plus one other yet to be found for the smaller bedroom.
