We have newly renovated our beautiful Victorian home in Nunhead and are looking for someone to rent one of our rooms. We are working professionals and lead quite a quiet life during the week.
Towels and linen will be provided, a cleaner every other week and all bills are included.
Happy for couples but would be looking for an increase in the stated monthly rent
We are a 5min walk from Nunhead station, with direct train links to Victoria (18mins), Blackfriars (18mins) & kings cross (28mins). Queens road Peckham and Brockley station are both 15mins walk away with direct links to Canary Wharf (10mins) and London Bridge (10mins). Also Kings college hospital is a 5 minute train journey.
