The landlord doesn't live in London and I never get to see him. I am the only tenant and so it is to share with 1 more person.

It is located in a quiet area within a friendly street community. There are plenty of big parks just a short walk from the house.
Up and coming Peckham and buzzing East Dulwich is 5mn by bus from the house. Lively areas with bars/pubs, restaurants, cinema, street food, markets...

The house is in zone 2 and central London is very easily accessible by bus or train from one of the many train stations. There is a quick access to multiple stations: Honor Oak Park, Nunhead, Peckham Rye and New Cross Gate station.

The room comes fully furnished as per the pictures/video, with plenty of storage with a built-in shelves.

I am a friendly, clean, considerate, easy going and relaxed professional who likes cooking while listening to music alongside a glass of wine.
I love all the good things in life: food, wine, music, restaurants, cheeseboard, pubs, festivals, skiing, nature, healthy stuff, having a laugh....

I am looking for someone to buddy up as it suits, friendly, easy going and clean.
Someone who would be happy to socialize over a drink at times, and that I could consider more as a friend rather than just a housemate.
