Flatmate wanted - Nunhead

Hi, it's a great little place and I'd like to share with someone who is pleasant, does their share of the cleaning, and, basically, is the best flatmate in the world.

Rent is £580 pcm (bills are included), deposit £200.
Short-term considered if you are arriving or leaving London @ £150 per week

You: Please be sane, a non-smoker- and super clean. Preferably be in full-time employment. (unfortunately landlord cannot accept universal credit)

Other desirable attributes include being friendly, kind, considerate, quiet, responsible, and with no stinky/weird food or gross habits.
Home is my sanctuary, so it's definitely not a party house.
I sometimes pet-sit, so you need to like animals.
Age doesn't matter but probably suit someone over 35.

Me: Originally from NZ, female, English teacher, who loves travelling, animals, music, art and chilling.

Flat: The room is the cosy bedroom pictured.
There is a double bed (not the one in the pic) but no wardrobe or drawers, so you will need some furniture.
The flat is quite small, there is a bathroom and kitchen/dining area but no living room or garden. The flat is upstairs and is a Victorian terrace.

Transport: Nunhead rail station is about a 7 minute walk. Peckham Rye station is about 15 min walk and the 78 bus to Shoreditch goes from the end of the street.

Location : Nunhead SE15 - just near the sublime and spooky Nunhead Cemetery.
It's close to Peckham, Brockley, New Cross, Dulwich.
There are some nice little shops by the Green - butcher, baker, cafe etc.
Great pizza at 400 Rabbits, and some other stores with organic food, craft beer etc.
