Wanted! Gay friendly or gay woman as flat mate

Wanted, a woman to join our household in beautiful Nunhead SE London. One room to let in 3 bed house, sharing with my existing flatmate and me. It's essential that our new new flat mate is gay friendly and comfortable sharing with at least one lesbian.

Your room is a large double room at the front on the top floor of a 3 storey house. It has a large double bed, plenty of storage space, a desk and comfy sofa. Photos show previous tenant's belongings.

The shared kitchen/lounge/bathroom are on the lower ground floor. The garden is a little oasis of calm in the summer and perfect for bbq's and relaxing.

You will be very close to Nunhead station with quick frequent access to central London, 10 minutes walk to either Peckham or Queen's Road for other rail/ overground links. Also multitude of bus routes nearby. 3 minutes walk from Nunhead village with wide range of shops, and Peckham in walking distance with an excellent selection of shops, restaurants and entertainment. Great place to live, super friendly neighbourhood, plenty of green spaces nearby, free on street parking.

Rent includes council tax, gas, electricity, water, WiFi and some streaming channels but not daily living incidentals such as loo paper, washing up liquid etc. There is a washing machine, air fryer, microwave etc. We don't have a cleaner and take shafted responsibility for cleaning and keeping our home beautiful and tidy.

Me, I'm a lesbian and I'm retired. I have a wide range of interests including music, travelling, art, yoga. I love hanging out with my friends and socialising as well as having me time to do art, read, watch tv. I have a good sense of humour, am naturally curious and interested in other people and in social issues. My house is my home and people who come here tell me it's warn and inviting. I love to have friends staying, quite often Spanish speakers (I'm fluent in Spanish and have strong links to central America).

I'm very respectful of other's needs for quiet, peacefulness and tranquility. My future flatmate should be someone who is relaxed, self contained, tidy, considerate, respectful and mature and someone who is looking for a real home not just a place to crash.

My other flatmate is from Brazil, works full time and is very chilled and friendly. She is vegetarian, I am not. She enjoys sports.
