Wanted! Gay woman as a flatmate!

Wanted, a gay woman to share my house in beautiful Nunhead SE London. Despite the ad saying 5 rooms that is a mistake I'm trying to get fixed! Only one room to let in 3 bed house. So the household will comprise you, my other existing flatmate and me. Both of us are lesbian and we want to share with a gay woman however our friendship circles and visitors are very diverse and inclusive.

Your room is a large double room at the front on the top floor of a 3 storey house. It has a large double bed, plenty of storage space, a desk and comfy sofa. Photos show previous tenant's belongings. The room is becoming vacant as one of my existing tenants has bought a flat and is moving on.

The shared kitchen/lounge/bathroom are on the lower ground floor. The garden is a little oasis of calm in the summer and perfect for bbq's and relaxing.

You will be very close to Nunhead station with quick frequent access to central London, 10 minutes walk to either Peckham or Queen's Road for other rail/ overground links. Also multitude of bus routes nearby. 3 minutes walk from Nunhead village with wide range of shops, and Peckham in walking distance with it's shops, restaurants and entertainment. Great place to live, super friendly neighbourhood, plenty of green spaces nearby, free on street parking.

Rent includes all bills (council tax, gas, electricity, water, WiFi). There is a washing machine, air fryer etc. Doesn't include eg washing, cleaning stuff, toilet paper, kitchen towels etc. We don't have a cleaner and all take responsibility for cleaning and keeping our home beautiful and tidy.

Me, I'm a lesbian and I'm retired. I have a wide range of interests including music, travelling, art, yoga. I love hanging out with my friends and socialising as well as having me time to do art, read, watch tv. I have a good sense of humour, am naturally curious and interested in other people and in social issues. My house is my home and people who come here tell me it's warn and inviting. I love to have friends staying, quite often Spanish speakers (I'm fluent in Spanish and have strong links to central America).

I'm very respectful of other's needs for quiet, peacefulness and tranquility. My future flatmate should be someone who is self contained, tidy, considerate, respectful and mature and someone who is looking for a home not just a place to crash.

My other flatmate is from Brazil, works full time and is very chilled and friendly. She is vegetarian, I am not. She enjoys sports.
