Rent is - £1080 per month for the largest room, which has a large ensuite bathroom and can be part-furnished, and £950 for the other room, which has an office attached, ideal for someone who works from home a few days a week. Bills are usually around £150 per month. Free parking outside the house.

5-10 mins walk to Queens Road Peckham & Nunhead stations and super close to all the bars and shops in New Cross Gate and Peckham. Our local pubs are the Earl of Derby and Skehans, plus we have a couple of great pizza places just a short walk away.

We are in our early - mid 30s, Elliott is a furniture maker, and Anna works as a VR producer. We get on well and are looking for someone of a similar age, who is used to sharing a home and being respectful, to join the house. We socialise mainly out of the house as we all work full time but often have a beer/dinner together, or just hang out in the living dining area after work.
