Hi there, I'm looking for a new flatmate to share my colourful, light two floor maisonette with me and my very sweet cat, Len. ALL bills are included, as well as a cleaner who visits every other week!

There is a wonderful, large garden with decking and fire pit. The flat includes a very spacious dining room and lounge, plus also the 'snug' - a separate cosy tv room used for all the film nights and chilled Sunday mornings!

The room is a spacious double room, currently with bed and side table and large wardrobe with chest of drawers included in the corridor outside. The room can be left partly furnished for more space, or have a desk and chest of drawers added if needed.

The kitchen is separate from the lounge (very handy in the cases of burnt toast) and there is 1 shared bathroom with bath and shower plus a separate toilet.

I'm looking for someone who is friendly, clean and lives a similar lifestyle to me. I love to go out to bars and restaurants (something Peckham is filled with!), the cinema and the theatre and regularly socialise with friends over wine. But as a primary school teacher I'm looking for someone who will also enjoy quiet evenings during the week and nothing too crazy in the flat on the weekend.

The area is really lovely, with both Peckham Rye common and Nunhead Cemetery a short walk away. The flat is about an 8 minute walk to Nunhead station (10mins to Victoria, plus Thameslink services) and a 15 minute walk to Peckham Rye station (for the overground tube and 6mins to London Bridge), We are luckily surrounded by independent businesses, gorgeous bars and restaurants plus lots of green space!
