The room is part of a family home. I am a trainee solicitor (female, 28), and I live with my nan. We currently have one lodger, who is a very easy-going female student. We are looking for a second lodger to complement our household.
We are a smoking household with pets. Will consider pets, as long as they are compatible with those existing.
A quiet house, there are no disturbances that any potential housemate needs to consider. We are all sociable and friendly, however, as a working household, it is not really suitable for somebody who would want to hold gatherings.
