Double room in Nunhead/Peckham

Our flatmate is leaving our flat to live with her partner so we are looking for someone new to join our 3-bed flat.

The flat is set across three floors with the main living/kitchen area looking over Nunhead Green. It's a fully equipped and large kitchen, so lots of space for a couple of people to cook at one time. This leads straight onto a relaxed dining and living area where there's also a working from home desk space.

The bedroom available is on the top floor at the front of the property and shares the main bathroom with one other flatmate. The room is huge with great storage space with built-in wardrobes and underbed storage. There's also plenty of space for any furniture you may want to bring in. There's also a laundry room where you can store luggage etc.

The bathroom has a stand-alone bathtub and shower. Also with a double sink which you'll share with one other flatmate. There's lots of space there too to store toiletries etc.

The location is great- it's about an 8 min walk to Nunhead Station which has connections to Blackfriars and Victoria. Queens Road Peckham is about a 12 min walk where you can easily get to London Bridge and Dalston. Peckham Rye is about a 10 min walk away and Nunhead Cemetery about a 5 min walk. Our road itself is lovely with coffee shops, restaurants and bars and has a nice village-y vibe.

You'll be living with Rachel, graphic designer, and Juliana, who work in communications. We both love music and going to gigs (Rachel has her own band), and go to festivals in the summer. We go out for the odd drink but equally like a chilled night in.

Rent + bills (council tax band C, WiFi, utilities) comes to around £1027 per month.
