I am looking to find a suitable housemate to fill my room in our lovely ground floor flat, located next to Nunhead and Queens Road Peckham station .
The room currently has a double bed with plenty of space for a desk, a yoga mat, a DJ set whatever floats your boat. The room will come unfurnished but I am happy to discuss selling or leaving some items to perspective tenants.
You will be sharing with my amazing friend who works in the theatre industry. Their work schedules means they are usually away in the evenings but theres always time to catch up during the day!
The ideal candidate would be someone who is relatively laid-back, enjoys their own time but is still willing to socialise and contribute to cleaning, buying shared household items (like toilet paper, cleaning proudcts etc) and knows how to have a good time.
There is one shared bathroom, which includes a shower. Our kitchen and living room spans across one space and we are equipped with a washing machine, oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, and other cooking appliances (all of which have been purchased by myself and my flatmate, as the property was fully unfurnished!)
We are 8 minutes to both Nunhead station and Queens Road Peckham, you can grab the overground to Central london in less than 20 minutes. There are several bus stops surrounding the property as well as Tesco and Sainsburys local within 10 minutes walking.
Bills are not included but on average come up to around 100-200 a month, higher in the winter as we like to keep warm.
