It is with great sadness that I am moving out of my fabulous home at 46 Stuart Road, Nunhead, London, SE15.

The Room

The room is a spacious double bedroom with ample wardrobe space for clothes and storage and a large window which lets in lots of natural light for plants and relaxing. The room is let part furnished with wardrobe and cupboard space and a bed on request. Feel free to put your own touch and style on it.

The room is £750 per month (bills not included). The room is available for a 1 year let but I am open to offers of less or more time depending on the situation and circumstances.

The House & Housemates

The house is 3 bedroom terraced house home to 3 lovely, friendly and clean house mates, all young professionals and aged between 25 – 30. All the housemates live on the first floor and sharing a bathroom on the ground floor. A large open plan living and dining room is the hang out space and the house is very social if you wish to be but with the room being located on its own across the whole second floor of the property it can be nice and private should you want some personal space and time. The kitchen comes fully equipped with cupboard space, utensils, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. There is a small back garden with fold down table and bar. All of the housemates have lived in the property for 3 years and get along extremely well, we are looking for a friendly and clear housemate to join the Stuart Road family.

The Location

Located walking distance to Peckham, Dulwich and Nunhead and a stone’s throw away from Peckham Rye Park the property is in a peaceful, community focused neighbourhood which offers plenty of amenities. The iconic Ivy House pub is only three doors down and if you don’t know the Ivy House then get to know. A heartwarming community ran pub with exceptional beer, pub and weekly programme of events its is the beating heart of the location area. 3 local stores stock all the convenience items that you would need. Mems Café is the go-to if you fancy an affordable breakfast. The bus stop is at the end of the road and Peckham and Nunhead Overground Stations a pleasant 20 min walk.
