Subletting my bright double bedroom in Nunhead from 26 August to 21 November. The lease renews then so there is the option to take over the tenancy.

The house: Spacious 3 bed house with living room, separate kitchen and garden. You would be sharing the bathroom with one other person and there is a seperate downstairs toilet. You would be living with Arjun, Sustika and Max.

Rent: £650 p/m + bills which come to £77 p/m for council tax, wifi, gas and electric

Location/transport links: Nunhead is the closest station ~ 8 min walk and Peckham Rye is ~ 15 min walk. Stone’s throw form great pubs like Man of Kent and Skehans and D4100 the best pizza in London :)
