Double room in a spacious flat in Nunhead!

The flat is on the first floor of a Victorian terrace with two bedrooms, a garden, kitchen/ dining room, living room, office and two bathrooms.

It’s a 15-20 minute walk to Nunhead station, from there it’s an easy journey into central London. It’s also a 20 minute walk into Peckham!

Your bedroom comes with a double bed, lots of storage space, shelves and a big window, so expect lots of natural light.

Seeing as there are two bathrooms, you would also have your own.

The kitchen/ dining room is very open, again with good natural light, and well equipped for cooking and chilling. There’s also a darts board in there if that’s your thing. It also comes with a dish washer, washing machine and a dryer.

Outside, there’s a terrace with table and chairs, and flower beds. During the day it gets lots of sunlight and Peckham Rye park is only a 10 minute walk away if you want somewhere with more space around you.

The living room is medium sized but for 2 people there’s plenty of space. I currently don’t have a tv but I plan on changing that very soon! I’m also thinking of changing some of the furniture in there.

I have very recently put together an office. I work in central London and have the option to work remotely 2-3 days a week, so I’ll be using it. But if you decide you want to live here then of course we can share it.

I’m easy going, sociable, creative and enjoy going to the pub, gigs and going out. But I also value time to myself. Would love to have a likeminded flatmate!
