Double Room in a Gorgeous Share House

Looking for someone to fill my room in this beautiful home!

The rent includes all bills (including council tax) other than the WIFI.

The room is has high ceilings and gives it a lot of natural light. Like the rest of the house, it's decorated super tastefully and has been very cosy during the months I've lived here.

The house itself is incredibly spacious (set over 3 floors) and features a large open plan living and dining room as well as a big separate kitchen and garden space perfect for the upcoming spring/summer months! There is also a monthly cleaner which really helps keep the space clean and tidy. The house has 2 bathrooms and a downstairs toilet which means there's never a struggle for a shower and the fact that none of the rooms have any shared walls means that you get a lot of privacy from one another!

The other flatmates are very friendly and are up for socialising - cinema trips, drinks out etc. - but still happy to give you your personal space whenever you need it. They're all working professionals in their early 30s and are looking for someone similar fill the room if possible!

The immediate area is quiet and feels very safe at night but within a 30 minute walk/10 minute bus ride you can be in the centre of Peckham. The house is also walking distance from several overground stations such as Honor Oak Park and Brockley. There's also a very handy bus stop at the end of the street and free on street parking outside the house which is a great bonus.
