Amazing house for group of 4 friends.! Bet suited for young professionals who are happy to mingle, are considerate of others and will help keep the place tidy and clean. This is a residential, family-oriented neighbourhood and quiet street so it's not a party house. Best for people who are looking to make this house a home.

We're not letting the rooms individually; this is a joint tenancy agreement (AST) for 4 people max. with a 6 month' minimum stay. No couples, no pets, sorry.

Huge, bright and airy, (could accommodate an extra sofa but single occupancy only). Three large, double-glazed windows, dimmer switch, king-sized bed, Art deco wardrobe & dresser with mirror, Victorian integrated original cupboard, fully carpeted.

*ROOM 2* (downstairs)

Large double (4.3m x 3.4m) with nice proportions and high ceilings.

Dimmer switch chandelier, king-sized Silentnight mattress/bed, Edwardian wardrobe, (not pictured) nightstand, rug.

*ROOM 3* (upstairs)

Large double (5.2m x 3.1 m), bright and airy

Garden facing double with 8.5ft ceiling. double-sized bed, double glazing, built-in Victorian wardrobe, extra clothes rail, large radiator, decorative fireplace.

*ROOM 4* (upstairs)

Large double (3.6m x 3.3m) + extra integrated cupboard in hallway right across.

Garden facing. Double mattress. Integrated Victorian cupboard, (one inside + one outside room) small chest of drawers, nightstand, rug.

*THE HOUSE*

The house has plenty of space.

*RENT/BILLS*

Total rent is £3200 on the 1st of every month plus bills are £107.5 pcm each (£430 pcm total) and include all bills: council tax and recycling, water, electricity, gas, tv license and high-speed internet. Council Tax band D. EPC rating D.

Deposit is £3200 (protected with TDS)

You must have the right to live in the UK. We are asked to check documents. Proof of income + ID.

The location is nice and quiet but still zone 2 (Nunhead), it's close to everything going on in Peckham and East Dulwich.
