Furnished large bedroom for rent £625 per month

Room for rent, living with piano teacher/musician. The room is very large, and we share a bathroom. Bedroom furnished with drawers, bed, wardrobe, clothes airer, table. I have a very friendly dog, and I will consider a tenant with a pet. The garden is very large, and the tenant is welcome to grow vegetables if they like that. It's huge. I live in a lovely street in Nunhead, with great neighbours. I teach piano from the house, in my downstairs studio, near the front door, so students come in and immediately turn into my studio without needing to go through the rest of the house, except to use the loo sometimes. I do my own meals and am often very busy and in an out of the house all day. I am looking for someone who works or studies.
