We have a fully furnished small double bedroom available in a two-bedroom flat on a lovely, quiet street in Nunhead. The flat is owned by two friends, one who is going travelling for six months and Dan who will be a live in landlord (and works from home 3 days a week). All bills are included (broadband, gas, electric, water, council tax, TV, Netflix etc. plus all the shared house bits like laundry/dishwasher tablets). There’s free parking on the street if needed. The front room is a good size (including large dinner table) and a new kitchen was recently fitted.

We’re in a great location, a 10 minutes walk from Nunhead station (to Victoria in 15 mins, Blackfriars 20 mins) and 20 minute walk to Brockley overground. There are plenty of local pubs including a 30 second walk to The Waverley Arms. Peckham High Street is just 20 minutes away by foot and there are plenty of local buses. The picturesque Nunhead Cemetery is on the doorstep and Peckham Rye Park is a 10 minute walk. Local shops are also a 10 minute walk away.
