2 rooms available in large HMO

2 housemates sought for large, Nunhead based property. 5 rooms, sharing 2 bathrooms across 3 floors, with subterranean living room and kitchen, leading to garden.

Freshly decorated and furnished throughout, the space is overall very roomy and light.

Looking to fill the house with positive, respectful and creatively minded people (Not my house, I should add- just renting!), to allow for a nice, comfortable, and easy atmosphere. Ideally, people who are potentially open to sharing the space and possibly cooking together, socialising over meals or drinks, every so often; not adverse to having friends over, listening to music, or the occasional party, etc. but also allowing and accepting of one another's needs and privacy. "House-mates" rather than tenants.

I'm a writer, predominantly working from home at present, as a creative freelancer, so must be comfortable with that. That said, I'm generally quite quiet! As mentioned, would ideally like to share with other creative professionals and people open to making the place feel more homely, sharing interests and ideas to give the house a more accommodating, collaborative, and community focused feel!

Non-smoking house, but smokers welcome, as are couples on the basis of one person per room. Unfortunately, no pets allowed, however the garden is frequented with cats and squirrels.

Must pass referencing, so again, would suit professionals- sadly out of my control!
