I'm looking for a new housemate to rent out my spare room!
The Room:
The room is a bright and airy furnished double bedroom (duvet and pillows not included). There's space for a desk for anyone that works from home, although not included.
The Flat:
The flat has a communal "snug" (small lounge), kitchen/diner with balcony backing onto a garden and shower room.
The garden is currently being upgraded, so will be ready for use again in spring, with an updated balcony as well.
The Cat:
I have a cat, Blackberry, so potential housemates must be happy to live with pets :) She's a babe for the most part.
Ideal Housemate:
This is an LGBTQ+ household. Ideally looking for a professional, who's tidy and friendly and up for the pub quiz at the Old Nun's Head at the end of my road :)
Me:
I work in recruitment, and as of Jan will be in the office for 3 days a week.
I like travelling, going to the pub and occasional night out, as much as chilling at home and watching Drag Race, Traitors etc. I also love cooking for friends and board games. Also enjoy the gym... when I make it.
Bills:
Council Tax Band B ~ £140 (pending change to non-single occupancy)
Broadband: £35
Water: ~£120 per half, although this will change with double occupancy
Gas/Electric: ~£70
Total / Month = ~£150
