We have a bright and spacious room in a friendly three-bedroom house in Nunhead, available from January 20th.

The house has a large, fully-equipped kitchen with plenty of storage space, a dishwasher, and a dining table. There’s a huge seperate living room and a large backyard that’s great for enjoying some outdoor space.

The room itself is unfurnished, but you can purchase the existing furniture—double bed and mattress, two bedside tables, a desk, office chair, rug, and a chest of drawers.

There are excellent transport links. Nunhead station is just a 10-minute walk away, and has direct trains to London Victoria (17 minutes) and Blackfriars (18 minutes). The P12 bus stops right outside the house, and Brockley station, on the London Overground, is a 15-20 minute walk away.

The house is shared with two friendly housemates: Amrit, 30, who works in finance, and Elfie, 29, who works in music.

Nunhead is great place to live if you’re looking for a balance of city convenience, green spaces, and charming local spots. It offers a delightful village-like atmosphere while being just a stone’s throw from the hubs of Peckham and New Cross, with plenty of great pubs, shops, and parks to explore.
