Description
Hello!
I am subletting my sunsoaked room in Nunhead for at least 4 weeks, up to 6 weeks. I am moving to my dad's while he needs some caring help, and then I am away for a couple weeks. I need to be back by 9th June - so it would be 4 -6 weeks before this date.
If you don't know Nunhead, it is Peckham's quiet, serene and green sister. You're a 15 minute walk from the famous Rye Lane, lovely Brockley and also New Cross. A 10 min cycle from Deptford High St. A train to Victoria is also 15 minutes of your life. Excellent pubs and parks. Community atmosphere. Best views over London.
The house is very fabulous. There's a lot of space, for lots of activities. Besides from the huge kitchen, there's essentially two living rooms and a very cute garden, backed onto Nunhead cemetery, offering the soft sweet soundtrack of birdsong and wind in the trees.
You'll be sharing the house with my sister, and three friends (2F 2M). The atmosphere is friendly, giggly, and communal but also without any pressure. It is super chill and super respectful, everyone takes good care of eachother and the shared space. There's a bike mechanic who will sort your bike woes out for fun, great chefs, and live music happening farily consistently (a bias towards the piano and guitar).
£800 is for the rent for the month, and bills are an extra £120, but we can negotiate if necessary on this.
Any questions please don't hesitate to send my way :)
