Double room in creative/chill flat Nunhead/Peckham

Above the Costcutter in Nunhead/Peckham. The room fits shelves, wardrobe space, and potentially a small desk. It’s unfurnished, but I’m happy to leave some furniture depending on your situation. A 1-min walk from Peckham Rye Park and close to Nunhead and Peckham Rye stations, Rye Lane, and all local shops. You’ll be living with two girls and one non-binary person, all 24 and working in creative fields (events/art, jewellery design, and hair/makeup). We’re friendly and sociable, into films, pub trips, and park picnics, but also respect each other’s space. Rent is 787.50 + bills, available from the 5th of July.
