Looking for a housemate over 35 as we are all between 37 - 55.
The property is a 5 bedroom house with a bathroom and a separate shower, there is no living room but we have a fair sized kitchen and a back garden.
The house is located on a quiet street 12 minutes walk from Queen's Road Peckham and Nunhead stations. 15 minute walk to Peckham Rye station. Also a 5 minute walk to Nunhead Green.
The rooms have all been refurbished but there are some common areas that need tlc. The landlord is arranging for them to be painted later in the year.

This would suit a quiet person. No noise or audible phone calls after 10pm. No sleepovers for friends.
No smoking inside but outside is fine.

The rent comes up to £755 per month. All bills are included except electricity and gas. This ranges from around £30 pm in winter to £18 pm in summer.
