To be clear this was a one bed flat (but a big one), and I’ve made the living room into a bedroom. I’ve made a mini living room in the original kitchen/ diner area. See photos which should explain it! There is a loft for storing bits if needed.

I’m 34, currently doing construction work 4/5 days a week.
Easy going and respectful. Ideally looking for people of similar mindset.
Planning to go away in January, hence renting both rooms :)
