Huge room (Bills inc) - Close to Nunhead station

Hey All,

Huge room around 20 sqm in converted Victorian Terrace House.
All bills in council tax and wifi included.
Just a few minutes from Nunhead station. Close to Skehans and Waverley Arms pubs.
Short walk to Telegraph Hill park and Nunhead high street.
Open to couples but rent would increase slightly
Furniture wise for the room - I currently have a bed frame and wardrobe for the room. Open to getting some more bits but thought I’d see who was interested/ what they want to bring before pointlessly buying stuff!
To be clear this was a one bed flat (but a big one), and I’m renting the living room as a bedroom. I’ve made a mini living room in the original kitchen/ diner area. See photos which should explain it!

Little bit about me….
I’m 34, just returned from travelling and I’m currently doing construction work 3/4 days a week.
Easy going and respectful. Ideally looking for someone of similar mindset.
Pretty active - into surfing, cycling, climbing, etc, but still enjoy the odd pub trip.
