Room in a beautiful flat in Nunhead

I have a spare room in my lovely rental flat in Nunhead.
The location is close to Peckham Rye and a 15 minute walk to Nunhead train station. The flat has an open plan kitchen and living room with two bedrooms, a bathroom and a garden at the back.
The price listed includes all bills.
I’m looking for a person to
move in from September/October.
I’m a self employed carpenter My interests are equally divided between art, music and sports. I’m passionate about cycling. I have travelled in many countries and have settled in London over the last couple of years.
My ideal flatmate would have similar interests to me, but it’s not a dealbreaker. The most important thing will be for us to get on well around the flat. Respect, being tidy (within reason) and general fun and positive vibes are a must!
I’d like to keep the flat a wholesome and relaxing place to be.
