Short term let in a beautiful flat in Nunhead

I have a spare room in my lovely rental flat in Nunhead.
I’m looking for people to rent the room on a short-term basis.

The location is close to Peckham Rye and a 15 minute walk to Nunhead train station. The flat has an open plan kitchen and living room with two bedrooms, a bathroom and a garden at the back.
The price listed includes all bills.

I’m a self employed carpenter My interests are equally divided between the arts and sports. I’m passionate about cycling and going to gigs around the city. I have lived in various countries but settled in London a couple of years ago.

I’d like to keep the flat a wholesome and relaxing place to be. Respect, being tidy (within reason) and general fun and positive vibes are a must :)
