About the flat — Looking for a housemate for a minimum of 6 months. It’s a good size two bed maisonette in the heart of Nunhead; a short walk from the local shops, a gym, a great selection of pubs, and a stones throw from leafy Nunhead cemetery and Peckham rye. There are good transport links from Nunhead station (10 mins walk), queens road Peckham (15 mins walk) and brockley stations (25 mins walk) all nearby. The flat is on the first floor. There’s a kitchen with a dishwasher, downstairs loo and a lovely light living room opening out onto a small balcony. Upstairs there’s a gorgeous view of London from the landing, the main bathroom with a shower over the tub, and two double bedrooms. I’ve a five month old cat called Jack. Parking is free.

About the room — It’s a medium sized double room room with a built in wardrobe. Comes furnished with a double bed, mattress, and bedside table.
