A spacious en-suite double in a shared flat with two fun and friendly housemates —

The flat:
The flat is located less than a 1-minute walk to The Ivy House pub, and 2 mins to Peckham Rye Park. Nunhead station and Brockley station are 15-20mins away too.

The room:
Has heaps of built-in storage (2 x slide-door wardrobes with electric light);
leafy views of Nunhead allotments; lots of natural light and a very tranquil spot;
a good-size en-suite bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower;
good space for a desk or WFH setup — can feel quite self-contained as a result.
Will be even more spacious when my book shelves are gone!

The flatmates:
English- and Spanish-speaking. 1 male (Daiva), and 1 female (Jess). Respectful, warm, and fun. Both are in their early 30s and full-time working professionals. Please note: they have stated a preference for a female flatmate.
