A room is available in a cute 2 bed in Nunhead to resign a tenancy .
I've been here three years and looking for someone to resign in November with, but can sublet before as my old flatmate is currently cat sitting for a pal before moving home to save pennies.
Looking for someone to make it a home with and share the odd meal and wine!
Have made good friends from spare room before so hoping for a similar experience!
It's originally an unfurnished flat, but if needed can buy the bed off the old flatmate .
Very cute area, two minutes from Nunhead station for trains to Victoria and Blackfriars, and 15 minutes to the overground to get to east London.
Very close to pubs and Nunhead high street .
About me:
I'm a recently qualified physiotherapist. I am in the local choir and runclub and enjoy gigs and a pub quiz in my spare time.
Looking to make it homely with a new flatmate and although I'm out and about a lot, nice to share meals and watch some netflix :)
