I’m looking for someone to take over my large spacious double room 2 until the new year. The flat is a lovely duplex with plenty of character, featuring an open-plan kitchen and living area, a big bathroom, and great flatmate. It’s in a great location close to both Nunhead and Peckham, with excellent transport links as well as plenty of cafes, pubs, and shops nearby. The room comes fully furnished and will be available now, making it ideal for someone looking for a convenient short-term let.

The flat is currently being sold by the landlord so there will be a few flat viewings which you will need to be mindful off - but these are minimal and not very disruptive.
