Bright Double Room in Zone 2 House with Garden

We’re a friendly, down-to-earth bunch looking for someone to join our spacious home in Zone 2 (council tax band D). The house has a bright, open-plan kitchen and living area that’s perfect for relaxing or catching up over a drink, plus a sunny garden and patio that’s great for BBQs and hangouts when the weather’s good.

There’s 6 rooms in the house, 1 and a half bathrooms (+1 ensuite) - the room available is one of the largest in the house on the second floor with two NW facing windows and has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Bills are around £120/month, covering everything (power, water, council tax, Wi-Fi and a weekly cleaner for communal areas).

We’re well connected:
• Crofton Park Station (10 min walk) – 20 mins to Blackfriars
• Brockley Station (15 min walk) – 10 mins to London Bridge and Windrush Line
• Nunhead Station (15 min walk) – 15 mins to Victoria
• Bus stop right outside for the 343, P12 and 484

About us — we’re a mix of Kiwis, Brits and a South African in our mid/late 20s:
• Alex & Sam – Kiwi couple who moved over last year
• Another Alex – also a Kiwi, works in merchandising
• Megs – from Essex, works in creative recruitment
• Blaise – South African, works in finance
• Albie & James – Kiwi/Brit couple, both in hospitality

We’re a friendly household that gets along well and keeps things relaxed. It’s a social place when people are about, but everyone does their own thing too. We’re just after someone easy-going and tidy who’ll fit in naturally.
