Large Room in Nunhead

Hey! We have the large double bedroom available in our Nunhead house.

The room: is the main bedroom in the house. It comes with a large built in double wardrobe. The bedroom overlooks the leafy garden. The house also backs onto a big field, so there’s a nice green view! The bedroom comes unfurnished, but the rest of the house is fully furnished, so you’d only need bring bits for your room.

The house: is 3 beds, but you’ll only be sharing with one other person. The 3rd room is used as an office/ storage. It’s a two story house, with a large back garden. A handful of the house has been recently renovated from new carpets, fresh walls and a brand new kitchen with dishwasher, big fridge, washer and a separate dryer. The boiler is also brand new, along with new radiators to keep everything toasty in winter.

Bills: are not included in the price and come to £200 per month. That includes, water, gas, electric, council tax, fast wifi and Netflix.

Flatmate: you’ll be sharing with Kris, a 26 year old Producer in Advertising. He’s very easy going, tidy, is looking for someone whos down to watch a bit of tele and grab a pint from time to time, but also respects the other flatmates space and time.

The ideal flatmate: would be a professional ideally between 25-35 that’s looking for a clean, and relaxed place to live.

I’m Kieran, I’m 30 - live out landlord, this is my first and only place, I’m not some faceless landlord, so I’m looking for someone who can look after my place and make it their own while I’m overseas. I’m right on getting anything needed for the house done promptly, and properly. Although everything should be in good shape already!

The area: the house is a 5 min walk to Nunhead station, with train links to Victoria, Farringdon, Finsbury Park etc. Brockley and Queens Rd Peckham are a touch further with at 15 mins walk.

Nunhead village is just down the road, with great pubs like Skehans and the Old Nuns head not too far. There’s also lots of coffee shops, convenient stores and everything else you’d need close by. Peckham is also just a 10 min bike ride away, and plenty more good food, drink and transport options there.
