Double room (garden facing) in friendly Nunhead home.

Hi, we're Sarah and Bea, and we're looking for a friendly housemate to enjoy this space with us :)

THE HOUSE
Our Victorian two floor house has three bedrooms, a shared bathroom, a large living and dining room, a spacious kitchen and a lovely garden.

LOCATION
We are a 10-minute walk from Queens Road Peckham, where you can take the Overground towards Clapham Junction and Dalston Junction and Southern Railway to London Bridge. Nunhead Station is a 7-minute walk away where you can catch the Thameslink which gets you into London Blackfriars in less than 15 mins. We've got lots of lovely cafes & shops just down the road!

THE ROOM
The double room is on the second floor, with a large window facing onto the garden, with space for a desk suitable for wfh days.

The room comes unfurnished, but if you want any of the furniture in the photo you can buy it.

Rent is currently £866.67 a month (all the bills come to roughly £150 each month) and the deposit is £865.

We currently have a cleaner that comes every other week and each pay £34 p/m.

We are hoping to find somebody chilled, tidy & clean, considerate and sociable, who is looking for a proper home with some new friends, rather than just a room to crash in. If this sounds like you then please do get in touch and we'll set up a viewing. We love the occasional local pint together, but please note we are not a party house, especially calm during the week as we all work full time. We like to go out on the weekends to gigs & exhibitions - together or with our own mates!

Bea (30) Works in the music industry full time (sometimes treats us with free tix!) - the occasional wfh. Loves going to gigs and is sporty!

Sarah (28) Works in events with arts background - Also loves (free) gigs & exhibitions! Likes to go to pilates around the corner & if she's feeling bougie the odd sauna.

TIMING
This room will be available from 16th December and a new contract will start in April and will run for 12 months.
