House located near Nunhead Green with local shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants and ten minutes walk from vibrant Peckham Rye. Landlord is architect and keen cyclist/triathlete, tenants work in media; two members of household are gay, one straight. There is a standard (large) poodle living at the house every other week. Household is relaxed and easy-going, share occasional meals or outings to the pub.
