We’re looking for someone to take over one bedroom in our lovely 2-bedroom house in Nunhead.

Sadly, I’ll be moving in with my partner — otherwise, I would honestly never give this place up. It’s been a real little piece of paradise.

The house is bright, welcoming, and very well laid out, with great natural light throughout. There’s a spacious living room, a separate fully fitted kitchen with plenty of storage, and a modern bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. The bedroom is large and comfortable, and also has access to a small additional room, ideal as a home office or extra storage.

One of the best things about the house is the private garden — perfect in spring and summer for soaking up the sun, relaxing, having a BBQ, or hosting friends.

The neighbourhood is quiet and residential with lovely neighbours, while still being close to everything. Ivy House pub is just around the corner, and Brockley and Honor Oak stations are both about a 15-minute walk away, making it easy to get into Central London. There are also great local shops, cafés, and green spaces nearby.

The room will be available to move in from 17th February. The new tenant will need to pass referencing and complete the full application process through the agency, as this is a lease takeover.
