1 double bedroom in friendly 4 bed house

1 double room available in a large 3 storey, 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house. It's a really lovely home and feels very spacious for sharing.

Double room on 1st floor with lots of natural light. Bathroom next door to the room shared only with one other housemate so it’s a bit like having an en-suite! Expected to be available some time between 7th and 17th April (just waiting to confirm and can discuss it depending on your availability).

Bills are usually around £155 per month. Free parking outside the house.

Large kitchen and open plan living room with bi-fold doors onto the garden. The garden is a decent size and we look forward to growing some veg and having a couple bbqs in the summer! There are also additional storage cupboards around the house which we all share.

5-10 mins walk to Queens Road Peckham & Nunhead stations and super close to all the bars and shops in New Cross Gate and Peckham. Our local pubs are the Earl of Derby and Skehans, plus we have a couple of great pizza places just a short walk away.

We’re in our early to mid-30s. Dina and Amy are clinical psychologists, and Louis works in film. The house is fairly calm during the week, but we enjoy shared dinners, kitchen catch-ups, hosting friends, and the occasional get-together.

We get on well and are looking for someone of a similar age who’s clean, respectful and keen to be part of a friendly, easygoing home. We’d love to keep the atmosphere warm, open and sociable.
