Large room in House in Nunhead

I have just joined an environmental charity and so am hoping to rent out large front bedroom to the right person. The house is right next to Nunhead train station (30 seconds walk) where it's 20 minutes to Victoria and Blackfriars station. The house is 7-8 minutes walk to Nunhead green, Telegraph Hill and Nunhead Cemetery . Its nicely done up, with a good size lounge and kitchen dining area. And there is a cute garden out back as well. The bathroom was renovated recently. You'd be sharing the house with a live-in landlord. I am looking for someone considerate and kind, who will treat the house like a home. I am vegetarian and would prefer not to have meat in the house - fish ok. I am happy to provide a reference from the previous lodger who is heading back to Canada!
