Hi! My friend is moving out and her room is available!
The flat is on the top floor (2nd floor) of a building of 7 flats. In terms of stations, it’s a 15 minute walk from Brockley, 10 minutes walk from Crofton Park and about 15-20 minutes walk to Nunhead.
The room is small but I’m a teacher so don't work from home, so the living room will be available in the daytime! The flat is quite small and very quiet - we never hear the neighbours. There is a kitchen/living space, one bathroom (shower and bath), a hallway and two bedrooms.
The block is very friendly and there is a communal garden which is really nice.
During term time I tend to go to bed and get up quite early, but I like cooking (I’m vegetarian) and gardening, and it would be nice to live with someone who wanted to do either of those together - or to watch a TV show with in the evenings/go to the pub (flat is very near Ivy House!).
The price includes all bills, including TV licence and WiFi.
