Room to rent for CLEAN and considerate professional.

This recently decorated three bedroom Victorian terraced house with garden has a shared kitchen, large dining/living room and bathroom (bath + separate shower);

The house has fast broadband, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, etc. Downstairs there are wooden floors and carpets upstairs; all furniture is only about 18 months old. I renovated the house when I moved in at that time.

Rent includes all utilities, internet, TV license, council tax and a weekly cleaner for communal parts. One month rent in advance + one month deposit

The house is 5-10 minutes walk from Queen's Road Peckham and Nunhead stations. Overground at QRP station linking East and West London, trains to London Bridge (8 mins), Elephant & Castle (9 mins), Farringdon (20 mins), City Thameslink (16 mins), St Pancras (24 mins) & Blackfriars (14 mins) & easy access to South Bank. Plenty of buses to Camberwell, Westminster, Greenwich, Central London and Shoreditch.

Also 5 minutes walk from Nunhead's quaint high street with butcher's, greengrocer's, baker's, one of London's most reputable fishmonger's, a deli and pubs. Peckham Rye Park, East Dulwich and Lordship Lane, Bellenden Road and Choumert Road are all close by with their many trendy bars, cafes, etc... There are two good gyms nearby.

Free street parking is always available outside the house.

I am a 29 year old live-in landlord with a spare room to rent.
I'm looking for a tenant who appreciates nice surroundings and will take care of the house.
As I work from home, I need a tenant who is considerate, especially with regard to noise and guests.

WARNING: I have a very friendly CAT but probably not suitable for allergy sufferers. Also, being clean and tidy at all times is an absolute must! I have high standards so please do not contact me unless you are extremely clean and tidy.
