Double room in Nunhead/Peckham Borders

Double room to rent in a 3-bedroom mid-Victorian terraced house on Nunhead/ Peckham borders. 8 min walk to Nunhead station (goes to Victoria, elephant and castle and blackfriars) and approx the same to Queens road Peckham station (for London bridge and the east London line up to the city / east end / dalston).
It's a 7minute walk to The Old Nuns head pub - a great, friendly local. There is also a great deli-cafe, a fishmonger, butcher, pharmacy and newsagent on Evelina lane - a 5 minute walk away - all very handy for popping out to buy the essentials and treats locally! You will be sharing with one other person only (me!). I am a 34 year old female professional, working Monday to Friday and fairly standard hours. I own the house and have just moved in a couple of weeks ago, after having fully renovated it.
The room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and small cabinet.
There is a lot of living space in the house, with a large kitchen, conservatory and a large lounge.
There is broadband, a weekly cleaner (who will change your bed sheets if you leave fresh ones out!), all mod cons - dishwasher, washer dryer, American fridge freezer, microwave. There is also a downstairs toilet.
The house has a garden (which needs work and I plan to sort it out in the summer) and cellar (handy for storage).
There is on-street parking with no restrictions.

I am looking to rent the room to one person and not couples - sorry!
I am happy to rent the room from 3-12 months.
The price is £650pcm inclusive of all bills (except phone calls).
