We're readvertising this room as we were let down last week - so if you've seen it before, please look again!
HOUSE:
3 bed house with bathroom (shower over bath) and downstairs toilet.
Really friendly private landlady; no agency fees! The house was designed as a home by said landlady who now lives in France – it wasn’t done up for rental, which means amongst other things it has nice Bosch appliances – five ring gas-hob, decent built-in oven and fridge, double sink, dishwasher, lots of cupboard space. Wooden floors downstairs.
Communal areas are very spacious with eat in kitchen (with patio doors leading on to garden) as well as dining room and sitting room.
Large established garden, nice patio furniture, and gas barbecue.
Bills are currently a little shy of £90 per month.
Situation:
Nice quiet road. Very good transport links – basically equidistant from Queens Rd Peckham and Nunhead stations (about five minute walk); serving Blackfriars/City/Kings X, London Bridge and Victoria, and now QRP connected to the East London Line on overground. 15 minute walk into Rye Lane / centre of Peckham.
Local shops – Deli Butcher Baker Grocers Bike Shop etc on Nunhead lane round the corner. Some nice pubs in the area.
