The owners are recently retired. Large room overlooking garden, small double bed, desk, armchair, plenty of cupboard space. Bathroom: bath and shower, large kitchen/diner offering the usual amenities. Living room has a piano.

This is a quiet area with many green spaces: One Tree Hill, Peckham Rye Park, and Nunhead Cemetry.
