There is a huge garden for relaxing and a garage if you want to store some items. Strictly no smoking or pets in a house.

The rent:
is £470 per calendar month and that includes council tax only.
Other bills like water, gas and electricity, internet, Tv licence is paid monthly ( on average £85).

The current household: that is staying includes 2 females and a male, all working professionals that have different schedules.

The area:
Zone5 on Piccadilly line( station 5 minutes walk away). It takes around 18 min to get to Finsbury Park. There is two parks short walk away, small selection of essential high street shops, GP, post office. Short bus ride to Enfield town, Barnet and Southgate.

A female professional that is tidy, friendly, considerate person. Landlord will do the standard checks , so the new tenant should be in full time employment.
