Nice room to rent in Oakwood

We have a room to rent in a three bedroom Mezzanine flat. Which is in very good order the Flat includes internet, sky tv, washing machine and tumble dryer lovely large shared living room and a shared kitchen with appliances

The bedroom available is a nice sized single room with a view of Trent Park which is situated across from us.
It is a lovely light room which is ready to move into and will have furnishings in it but if you want to bring your own that is ok too.
The room is available from the 11th of April
We pay room rent and bills and have a cleaner who comes in every fortnight to clean shared areas which we pay cash £25 which we take in turns.
Even though this does happen we also like to keep areas clean and tidy as well

The rent for the room is £466.66 monthly
And all bills being £125 each monthly subject to any changes for Sky, Water, Gas and Electric, Council tax and Tv license

The flat has lots in the surrounding area such as shops that are situated underneath these include Tesco express at the end of the street, Cost Cutters, Hair dressers, Library, Restaurants, Post office, Opticians, dry cleaners etc
Even though we live above these shops it is still a quiet and nice area.

We are also close to Oakwood Station which is a 3min walk and is a direct line to central London this is Piccadilly line, which is situated in zone 5 this will take 30 to 40 mins into central London.

There is also the Northern line that runs from High Barnet and the Overground from Enfield Chase both reachable via the bus which stops across from the flat. It is not a long journey. These buses giving easy access into High Barnet , Enfield., Wood Green and Turnpike Lane

Southgate is close as well which is a 30 min walk and 2min bus ride this also gives you access to a few shops, restaurants Asda, gyms, bars etc

Enfield town centre is a 15 min bus ride and has high street shops like River island, Next, M&S, Pearsons, Tesco, etc lots of cafes and places to eat and a little further from town is the Cinema which has many outlets and shops too.
