Spacious Double Bedroom With Big Garden

I am going away to work for 3 months (super excited) and looking to rent out my room for that period.

HOUSE:
The house is big and spacious and in a great neighbourhood.

Room - very spacious. Has a working area with desk and comfortable chair. I have 2 wardrobes and a massive chest of drawers (as seen in photos) because honestly speaking... I have so many clothes. All will obviously be cleared out for you when you move in. You'll have plenty of space to store whatever you like.

Bathroom – has a bathtub, shower head as seen, toilet etc. Only shared between you and one other female.

Living Room - TV, two couches etc (as seen).

Kitchen - has dishwasher, washing machine, air fryer, oven, 2 fridges (one is for sauces mainly and milk) etc (as seen in pics).

Garden – really big garden, can sunbathe and read a book (as we do in summers) or have BBQ parties etc.

WHAT’S AROUND:
- Market - about 15 seconds walk, open from 7:30am - 11:00 pm

- Restaurants and bar (including amazing brunch spots) at Cockfosters Parade - 15/20 minute walk, 4 minutes by car

- Nail Salon, hairdressers, barbers and tanning shops - really good ones at Cockfosters Parade again, 15/20 minutes walk away

- Park - can go for a run or walk at Trent Park - super pretty, has animals (horses/donkeys etc) and cafe in there. Or Oakwood Park which has Tennis Courts that you can book online for free. Both parks are 5 minutes walk away.

WHO LIVES HERE:
Gabby - loves to bake cupcakes and fresh bread often for the house which is super nice of her. Also loves painting/art and museums.

Imogen - loves being active, she's the flexible queen at home and a cheerleader. You'll always find her stretching in a corner.

Cameron - he's the musician in the house, has his own band and business which is super cool!

Everyone is so chill and nice. It really is like a home here. We have movie nights or sit around and chill together. Everyone is free to do what they want. if you don't like socialising, that's also fine and obviously are free to be in your room.
