This 3 bedroomed house is in very good order and includes a weekly cleaner. There is also internet, Sky TV, washing machine and a tumble dryer.

The bedroom available is a good sized single room with a nice view of Trent Park
It is a light room and has lots in the surrounding area.
The room is under refurbishment and has been repainted and new carpet has been put down this will be completed when the new tenant is ready to move in unless they would like to bring in their own furniture which is ok as well.

The house is in a good location.
The two exiting house mates are quiet and friendly.
We would are looking for someone of similar disposition who doesn’t smoke, is respectful, friendly and willing to help keep the accommodation clean and tidy

The transport links are excellent with a 3 min walk to the Oakwood Tube Station on the Piccadilly line (Zone 5) which will take just over 30 minutes to get into London.
The Northern Line runs from High Barnet and the overland from Enfield Chase both of which is a short bus ride. Plus late night bus service.
There is bus stops outside of the flat at the front for the 307 (Barnet - Enfield) and the 121 (Wood Green/Turnpike Lane - Enfield).

We live above shops which include a good size Tesco petrol station, Cost cutters, Gregg's bakery, flower shop, beautician, hair dresser, barber, pub, charity shop, library, post office, and a small DIY supplier.

Places to eat within walking distance include an Indian restaurant, fish and chips, a couple of café’s. But please don't mistake this as a noisy area. It is generally a very calm and peaceful part of London there are many more shops and places to eat at Cockfosters just one stop of the tube.

Southgate: 25 min walk, 2 min tube ride or 1 stop, or 5 min bus ride. Here you will find a massive 24 hour Asda and a large number of shops, gyms and night life. 

Also Enfield has its own Shopping Centre and high street shops such as River Island, Next, M&S, a big Tesco, Cinema, WH Smiths, TK Maxx and more such as café’s, restaurants.
We have all lived here for several years now and are last flat mate left due to personal circumstances

Rent for the room is £495 per month including bills

This includes gas, electric, a water Sky TV, Internet Council Tax etc.

A bond is required of £370 when signing and rent is also paid one month in advance
Cleaner is £20 a week on rotation between house mates
