Our five bedroom house(loft conversion) been renovated in a high spec modern contemporary style. All rooms comes with broadband internet access. Modern (shared) kitchen with a fridge freezer, washing machine, gas hob and double oven. Dining facility within the kitchen.
It is located just 5 minutes walk from Oakwood tube station on the Piccadilly line, with easy access to central London (45min), with very easy access to supermarkets, shops, parks, and plenty of eateries and pubs, with easy access to M25(Junction 24) and A406. We anyone needs parking we can get that sorted for you as we can purchase off street parking from the council for you.

The room will be suitable for single Female/Male professionals who are clean and respectful of the property. The price includes ALL bills(Council Tax, Broadband, Water, Gas and Electricity, TV licence). House has a water softener installed( no limescale and good for your skin and hair !).

References, 3 months of bank statements, deposit and RENT are required. 1 month rolling contract.
