Spacious double in renovated flat

My flatmate of six years is moving out so her room is now available.

It's a spacious double in a 2-bed flat.


All bills included in price; gas, water, electric, broadband and council tax.

Lots of local amenities; post-office, McDonalds, Currys PC World, B&Q, Sports Direct, Argos, Asda and Tesco within a few mins walk.

Excellent transportation with buses to London Bridge, Waterloo, Kings Cross, Piccadilly, Shoreditch and Elephant & Castle tube stop is 5-10mins on bus (Northern Line/Barkerloo Line).

I am looking for a tidy, clean and respectful individual who will make the flat their home. This is certainly not a party flat but hosting friends for dinner and drinks every now and then is absolutely fine. I'm only at the flat a few days a month, so you will have the place to yourself pretty much until middle of January when another female flatmate will move in (hence the preference for a female preferred due to her request).
