The flat is just off Old Kent Road in a residential area. It is close to two big supermarkets - Tesco and Asda, both within 5 minutes walk, and also close to bus stops. The location is very convenient for living and commute.

Property:
The property is a 3 bedroom flat splitting to two floors. On the entrance level, it has a good size kitchen with lots cupboards and two fridges for storage, and a double bedroom. Bathroom and a separate toilet are located on the upper floor. There are two double rooms and another small room on the upper floor currently being used as common room or storage. All kitchen/bathroom/toilet and common areas are shared. All bills are included (gas, electricity, TV license, council tax, water, internet).

Room for rent:
One of the double rooms on the upper floor is available for rent, with double bed, desk and wardrobes.

Current flatmates:
There are three people (one couple and one male all working) living in the property and have been living there for more than 3/4 years. We are looking for one person who is clean and tidy for the double room on the upper floor. All current flatmates are friendly and keep the flat clean and tidy.
