Double room available to rent in SE1

Due to deferring my final year of university, I need to find someone to take over my contract, running until the 31st of July 2021. My room is a large double room on the top floor of a 3 storey terraced house. The house is on a nice street, set back from the main Old Kent Road. A large tesco is at one end of the road, and at the other end of the road (4 minutes walkway), there is a Lidl. The house has a shared kitchen and living room/dining room that leads out onto a decked garden area. There is also a downstairs loo. The main shared bathroom is on the too floor too. There is permit parking available, with parking bays on either side of the street all the way along.
With great bus links from stops less than a minutes walk away you can get straight into central, Liverpool Street, Kings Cross and more by just hopping onto the bus. Elephant and castle station is also within 20 minutes walk, 5-10 minutes if you get the bus, and from there you can get onto the northern line. My current housemates are all lovely, in 3rd year of university and clean and tidy. We enjoy watching films together, having the occasionally meal and also going out for dinner, drinks or activities. This is a perfect house if you are a student, as you can get to King's College London campuses, LSBU, UAL and Goldsmiths in under half an hour, by either walking, cycling or using public transport.

Price could be negotiable, for example you could pay £600 for the rent, and I will cover the rest of the rent as I would prefer not to pay the full amount each month for a room in a city o won't be living in.
